Wouter Maessen

I graduated my MSc. Medical Epigenomics, where I focused on multi-omics approaches. I built pipelines to advance pre-implantation genetic testing using cfDNA from embryos, analyze the effect of nDC vaccine on the transcriptome profile of melanoma patients, and allow dynamic benchmarking for long read RNA sequencing tools. In my spare time I am busy doing sports; including volleyball, swimming, biking, and running. I trained and coached multiple teams, and I like to teach and get people interested in everything I am very passionate about. If I have time available, you can find me in the kitchen cooking dishes from all cuisines, I'd love to know more great recipes!
