Who are you?
You are an excellent software engineer who likes to design and build open-source solutions, and you have an affinity with the life sciences. You are good at identifying the requirements for a solution design and implementing these in collaboration with the customer. You resonate with The Hyve's mission: improving the world by providing biomedical scientists with excellent tools for analyzing their data.
Who are we?
The Hyve is an international IT company employing software engineers, solutions architects, and data engineers. We are dedicated to delivering solutions that support scientists in life sciences and healthcare R&D using open-source software, open data, and open standards. Our vision is to enhance the quality and impact of biomedical research by providing biomedical informatics solutions, and we believe that open source is the way to do this.
Currently, we want to expand our Research Data Management (RDM) team. We focus on several RDM services, including FAIR by Design solutions. With our software engineering services, we can build and customize open-source tools to support life science research. An example of a FAIR by Design software solution is Fairspace, a platform that data stewards can use to design data models and that researchers can use to annotate, publish and collaboratively share their research data.
