Melissa Fernando holds a Bachelor degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations. Her extensive career within sales has spanned over 12 years. This has brought her from Singapore to both New Zealand and the Netherlands. She has spent most of her career within the IT industry and worked with global pharmaceutical and clinical research organisations from Asia, Europe, and North America. Her passion for innovations around healthcare and life sciences motivated her to work at The Hyve as a Sales Executive for the Research Data Management team.
When she's not trying to develop sales strategies and growing business relationships within the community, you can find Melissa travelling, analysing crime documentaries, and strategising how to win board games. She has travelled to almost 45 countries and enjoyed bungee-jumping in many of these!
